It's been months since Janelle Monae released her subtly queer masterpiece, sex videos of aletta ocean daftsex.com "Make Me Feel," and I'm still just at the beginning stages of my recovery period.
Unfortunately — or maybe fortunately — there's no time to heal. On Tuesday, the artist released her latest music video, "Pynk." It's thick with queer innuendo and feminist iconography. Evidence A: The giant "pussypants" she and her fellow dancers wears throughout. Evidence B: The guest appearance of Tessa Thompson, rumored to be Monae's partner, who actually busts out of her enormous pink vagina pants.

You don't need a degree in creative writing or even a passing grade on a fifth-grade standardized English exam to read this as GAY GAY GAY.
From the video description: "‘Pynk’ is a brash celebration of creation. self love. sexuality. and pussy power! PYNK is the color that unites us all, for pink is the color found in the deepest and darkest nooks and crannies of humans everywhere..."
The interior of my belly button is also pink, as well as a nook and cranny, but I think it's best to leave that particular alternative interpretation out.
Monae's next album, Dirty Computer, is scheduled for release on April 27. We'll be watching this video uncomfortably on repeat at our desks until then.
