Executive Creative Director Simon Candy said that the whole thing is all in good fun.
“Interns who join us in the iris Bunker program are fully immersed in our culture to get a true agency experience — meaning that resting your eyes for just a second can result in a full-on Photoshop battle. It’s all in good fun, though, and part of what makes agency life so unique and entertaining,” Candy explained.
