Call it karma. Call it payback. Call it anything you'd like.
Thanks to an errant throw from Rangers second baseman Rougned Odor,Lee Soo Actor | Adult Movies Online the Toronto Blue Jays are headed to the American League Championship Series. Toronto completed the three-game sweep over the Texas Rangers on Sunday night when Odor's throw allowed Josh Donaldson to score in extra innings.
But there's more to the story — the Blue Jays aren't too fond of Odor.
In case you missed it, the Blue Jays and Rangers clashed in one of 2016's biggest baseball brawls in May. Odor, who didn't take kindly to Jose Bautista's late slide into second base, promptly delivered this devastating right hook.
To be fair, the two clubs already had some bad blood, particularly with Bautista.
His celebratory, and arguably over-the-top, bat flip in last year's American League Division Series (also against the Rangers) rubbed many the wrong way.
But at Sunday night's walk-off win, there were no theatrics or scuffles, just good, clean, playoff baseball from two of the league's best squads.
Still, this has to make the walk-off win even sweeter for Toronto: Odor's right arm didn't clock a Blue Jay's slugger in the face, it sent them to the next round.
One Toronto fan encapsulated it perfectly.
