The four-time Grammy winner and man Newsweekonce declared "Hollywood's Most Powerful Actor" has picked up a new hobby: YouTubing. He's vlogged about his date with a robot, calling the international space station, and recently celebrated a YouTube milestone: one million subscribers.

To ring in the big 5-0, Smith took his vlogging to a whole new level -- specifically, to the bottom of the Grand Canyon.

He packed his wife and three kids into the RV he once drove from Philadelphia to Los Angeles and rolled up the Grand Canyon to confront his fear of heights. As they waited at the edge of the canyon, Smith strapped into a helicopter and prepared for the jump.

When the helicopter got to the middle of the canyon, Smith took a deep breath and let go, diving deep into the canyon.

It's glorious.
