The Kairaku Jigoku no Toriko (2019)Billboard Music Awards happened last night, and the best moments happened wherever Celine Dion deigned to exist amongst mortals.
Dion, looking like an angel with the puffiest shoulders mankind has ever seen, had a pretty good night dancing to Cher and accepting Drake's worship.

Cher just celebrated her 71st birthday over the weekend, and strutted around in sparkles and pasties onstage, looking and sounding phenomenal. She performed "Believe" and "If I Could Turn Back Time" before accepting the Icon Award.
Dion picked up the very same award last year and came back to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Titanicby performing "My Heart Will Go On."
Drake, who had the biggest night for any artist at in the history of the Billboard Music Awards, bowed in Dion's presence like the good Canadian boy he is.
Drizzy told her, "I'm like a year away from a Celine tat." But why wait?
