Eli Manning,Marathi Archives the former New York Giants quarterback who was famously social media-averse for his entire 16-year career, has joined Twitter.
Manning opened his account on Saturday with a riff on a quote from Hoosiers. So far, his profile is very basic — headshot avatar and blank cover photo — but maybe that'll change as he grows increasingly bored during quarantine.

Unsurprisingly, Manning has already interacted with former rival Tom Brady, who roasted Manning roughly 29 minutes after his first tweet.
"Welcome @EliManning," Brady wrote. "In typical fashion, you never showed up until the 4th quarter anyway."
Manning's new life as a social media maven isn't entirely a shock. In April, Lawrence Tynes (one of Manning's former teammates) tweeted a text conversation with Manning in which he encouraged the ex-quarterback to join the platform. At that point, Manning was "thinking about it."
Well, we guess he thought about it enough.
