HBO Max continues to beef up its list of beloved series that will be Sister Emanuellecoming to the platform, announcing the acquisition of BBC series including Doctor Whoand The Office.
Just to be clear, this is the UK version of The Office. The U.S. version will head to NBC's streaming service in 2021 following its current run at Netflix.
Not only will HBO Max be home to all 11 past seasons of Doctor Who, WarnerMedia got the exclusive streaming rights for the future seasons of the show for HBO Max. Whether you're a Tom Baker lover, a Matt Smith defender, or a Jodie Whittaker stan, HBO Max will have you covered.
Currently, Doctor Whois available to watch on Amazon Prime Video and the BBC's The Officeis on Hulu. No streaming service is safe.
Along with these two series, HBO Max will host hundreds of episodes of other BBC series including Top Gear, Luther, The Honorable Woman, and newer series like Pure, Trigonometry, Stath Lets Flats, Home, and Ghosts.
