Gboard is Deborah Driggs Archivesgiving some overdue TLC to its Android users.
Google announced several new features for its keyboard app Thursday, including GIF and emoji suggestions, all of which finally catch Gboard up to its iOS version. The keyboard came to Android in December of last year, seven months after the iOS launch.

The new update also includes a useful integration with Google Translate, which instantly translates words and phrases as you type.
Other feature updates include a new UI for voice typing and the ability to customize the backdrop for your keyboard. To try out the new update, make sure you have an updated version of Gboard or download the app here.
