For a Congress that,Watch Jukkalan Online in part, wants to defund Planned Parenthood and roll back access to contraception, it is perhaps unsurprising that someone from the U.S. House of Representatives seems to want to put a fun, modern spin on choosing to abstain from sex altogether.

The revision changes the sentence, "It is often in association with the role of a religious official or devotee," to add, "although it has become more popular in secular circles in the modern era."
The revision was added with no source.
