Mike Pompeo poked fun at White House counsellor Kellyanne Conway Thursday for her widely mocked suggestion that members of former President Barack Obama's administration may have teamed with the intelligence community to spy on President Donald Trump with "microwaves that turn into cameras."

Speaking at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, Pompeo also blasted WikiLeaks, a group that has been accused of ties to Russia and has recently released troves of documents that displayed hacking techniques used by the CIA. He referred to the organization as a "hostile intelligence service."

Those comments struck some folks as hypocritical, since, as a member of Congress, Pompeo had trumpeted WikiLeaks findings from his Twitter account.
