The New Zealand artist is preparing for her headlining set at Governor's Ball in New York City, and stopped by a Liquiteria for some fuel on Tuesday. While at the juice shop, she was recognized by the cashier who happened to know exactly who she was serving.

The video was shared on Twitter and quickly went viral.

Not long after, @ThatEmely received the message of a lifetime.
"Come to governors ball on me," Lorde messaged her. "I was gonna ask u in the store if u wanted to come but I got shy! To celebrate your new job," she wrote.
