"iPhone X Tesla by Caviar is equipped with a solar battery that transforms the light energy and replenishes the phone battery power with its help," reads the product description on the Caviar website.
"This phone gets power literally from the air! This is the purest energy, for getting which no expenses are needed."
Unlike Caviar's other products, the iPhone X Tesla isn't just an iPhone case, it's a case that's pre-attached to an iPhone. The product has been thus named as a nod to Elon Musk's work in the field of sustainable energy.
The development in the sphere of creating solar batteries, smart homes, equipped with such batteries and vehicles working on the electricity, is actively carried out by Elon Musk today – the main mastermind of the Tesla Company; in honour of his great innovative developments, the new Caviar phone was named.
Per the website the device is black in colour, with a "shock-resistant case" and "impressive gold elements." "The solar battery makes the phone’s style even more futuristic," the site claims.
According to Business Insider, the first phone will be sent to Elon Musk. Not too sure if he's signed off on the use of the Tesla name for this product, though.
